Gravel in Taiwan

The gravel here in Taiwan does exist, but it’s not an established scene. The topography of the island, combined with the tropical weather and occasional earthquakes means that trails do get washed away from time to time.

There are a growing number of old forestry trails that are opening up, but many are more suited to mountain biking, as they are rough and very steep at times.
