About the Route

This is a #switchbacksaturday with a difference.

Instead of the mountain roads with countless switchbacks, this Saturday we’re in Stockholm; a flat city more notable for gravel than paved switchbacks.

The mission is to hunt out as many switchbacks as possible and connect them together into one route. Why?

Switchback Saturday is all about inspiration & exploration. We want to inspire you to explore different routes with switchbacks as the main theme.

However you may not need to travel far to find switchbacks! You may have some in your own backyard but you just never thought about connecting them into the one route.

Give it a go and you’ll see how many you can connect in a 100km (60mile) route.
